I just tried the fix that is in the morphies.net website. I click on the download screen and then I click run. It says that it could be dangerous and I click to download anyway. After that, I get a NSIS Error. It says that the installer is corrupted or uncomplete. HELP!!!!!!!!!

Whenever I try to download the older version I get and error message about morpheus.dll i can get the new version fine but want the old one back. What is going on here and how can i fix this.

I had to use the older version. I paid for the Ultra and can't use the fix because my systems tells me there is a virus attached. Is the only difference between ultra and the free version just the ads?

and no ads IT wasNOT worth a toss NORTON has an ad blocker built in.

Thats weird Vampmon I run 2 computers in my house and one has ultra and the other basic and I get more results and faster downloads with basic, they both run through the same isp and the one with basic runs through usb which is slower than ethernet, I am on 8mb download speed and both have there port allowed ect so?

Also, maybe you're sharing more of the bandwidth to one computer...

another thing to remember is depending on what file you're downloading makes a big difference...

Not sure what you mean by 8000/384 ...

Those Up To 8Mbps broadband providers are poor, the further you are away from your local BT exchange the worse your service gets (Guessing you're in the UK)

So if you're signed up to Up To 8Mbps ADSL broadband and you're far from your exchange, you may only get 1Mbps or 512K or even less...

The downgrade connected for a short burst, downloading until 2% of the file and then it went back to "Gnutella" not connecting, do you have any idea what that could mean? As far as I know I had not changed any particular settings since the last post I had made, with the exception of taking the "Tooltips" tab off.

Yes it does! Do you work for Amazon.com or something. Downgraded from 5.3.2 to 5.3.0, and the whole Amazon.com/redirect is gone! No more Unauthorized Download Database! Try it again!

I followed the link, downloaded the correct 'downgrade' file, installed it, the opening screens come up & it asks to enter reg. details. I put in the user & account info I recieved when i purchased M ultra but it gives me a message back saying unrecognised user/account. So, I can't use the program. Please help.

I've just downloaded the downgrade for ultra, same result, always firewalled and no search

With the version Vampmon is pushing, it still gets a blank internet explorer popup every few seconds. I got this from the location Vampmon referred to.
maybe an older version would work better. The problem is I have to email Softwrap after every three installs so I can continue to load Ultra. Is there an older version that really don't have these constant popups? Or a solution to eliminate popups from this version?

I do not know if this has worked for everyone, but I installed an old version of Morpheus Ultra (v.5.2.3) provided from Vampmon in this string forum, over my existing new version (v5.3.2) and low and behold it works with no problems. Like Vampmon said, just tick/click the X to close out of the pop-up each time it appears and no problems whatsoever. It may not be the easiest, best, or even fastest way, but for now, we are all going to have to live with it until there is a fix. I first tried deleting all of Morpheus Ultra from my computer with no success; this even including deleting the entries from the registry and we all know how dangerous this can be to do for amateurs. :D

I downloaded your link and everything works fine except the downloading is kinda slow. I mean one song had over 500 hosts and it stills to longer than usual.

There seems to be a problem when users are trying to use their licence key in the older version of Morpheus Ultra - this doesn't work and im sorry to anyone who has paid for Morpheus Ultra but you can either:

- Continue using Morpheus Ultra 5.3.2 or above and a very limited amount of files
- Visit http://goodmorph.morphies.net and download as much as you like with the ad supported free version of Morpheus 5.3.0

Morpheus is testing a process intended to help prevent files with content not authorized by the copyright holders for free downloading from being downloaded for free.

I have tried to install the ultra downgrade using the licence I bought yesterday, but it tells me it is not correct even though it is a copy and paste from my confirmation email.

Hi, up until recently when my computer went pear shaped I had the old version of Morpheus and it was superb.

Since formatting my hard drive I've had to install the new version which well quite franklly is pooh!! I've tried clicking on the downgrade link and all I'm getting is

"Bandwidth Limit Exceeded
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to the site owner reaching his/her bandwidth limit. Please try again later."

Should I just keep trying or am I doing something wrong?

It seems licence keys for Morpheus Ultra 5.3.2 don't work on the 5.2.x version i supplied, this means that your only choice is to use the ad supported "MorpheusGoodVersion" - this means you can download without restriction, but with the ads.

Remember the ad supposed version has NO Adware, Spyware, Malware or Popups, the only ads you see are the same simular type ads you see on Google, or on websites.

For anyone interested, the downgrade brings you back to v5.3.0.

Remember v5.3.0 or below are fine to use without limits, so if you have 5.1.0 or 5.2.0 etc... keep them.

If you're using v2, 3, or 4 i recommend you upgrade using the morphies link.

I have done this, but I am still having a problem getting my downloads onto a playlist. When I click on "add to playlist", all that happens is a number (1,2, etc) shows up on the playlist, but not the song. How can I do this? By the way, I download the http://www.sendpsace.com/file/auxmhk that another user said to download, but what is it for?

Somewhere on forums I saw a sample download page and it had good morpheus for the filename. When I click on any of the downgrade links, it gives me filename 5.3.2. Is this the old version? I can't download anything when I have this installed. Thanks.
